Conduct live classes

After a live class and the related session created, the instructor and students should join sessions.

Live class features for instructors:

The instructor can access live classes from the User Panel/ My Classes.

Live class options are accessible by clicking on the “3 Dots” icon.

Before starting each session, the instructor can export the students list by clicking on the “Export students list”. The instructor will be able to check participants with the list to avoid joining unwanted students.

When the instructor clicks on the “Create join link” option, the next session information will be displayed in the modal and the instructor can copy the join URL and join the class.

By clicking on the “Sessions” option, the instructor will be redirected to the live class sessions list. They can edit sessions or join them.

If the instructor wants to create a new live class the same as previous live classes, can click on the “Duplicate” button so the live class information will be duplicated.

Live class features for students:

Students can reach purchased live classes from the User Panel/ Classes/ My Purchases.

When a live class session time came, the student can join the session by clicking on the “Join” button.

A modal dialog will appear and the upcoming session information will be displayed and the user will be able to join the class using the “Join” button.

A live session might need a user name and password in addition to the join URL. It depends on the live class system that the instructor used.

All of the required information will be generated automatically by using Bigbluebutton & Zoom.

Students also will be able to join classes from the class page. All of the related information will be displayed in the “Content” tab.
