# Quiz & Certificate

Create unlimited quizzes and certificates and assign them to the courses. You can define video and images quizzes in addition to the text quizzes.\
LEARNN includes an advanced certification system that allows you to create quiz-depended certificates & course completion certificates.

There are two ways for creating quizzes:\ <mark style="color:blue;">Option 1:</mark> Creating quizzes in the course creation wizard. (How to?)\ <mark style="color:blue;">Option 2:</mark> Creating quizzes from the instructor control panel. Go to the “**Instructor control panel/ Quizzes/ New**” and create a new quiz.\
\ <mark style="color:blue;">Class:</mark> Each quiz should be related to a class so you should specify the class from the dropdown.\ <mark style="color:blue;">Quiz title:</mark> This will be displayed on the class page.\ <mark style="color:blue;">Time:</mark> The quiz duration. If the quiz duration passed, the quiz will be finished and the result will be calculated automatically.\ <mark style="color:blue;">Attempts:</mark> If you want to allow for the student to enroll to start a quiz several times, you can specify attempt times.\ <mark style="color:blue;">Pass mark:</mark> If the quiz includes a certificate, the certificate will be awarded to the student when reaches the pass mark.\ <mark style="color:blue;">Certificate:</mark> If a quiz includes a certificate, turn this toggle on.\ <mark style="color:blue;">Active:</mark> To show the quiz on the course page, turn it on.

You can define quiz questions after the quiz is saved. Now click on the “**Add multiple choice**” and “**Add descriptive**” questions and define questions.\
For multiple-choice questions, you can use images and texts as answers.\
Each question has a grade that should be defined to avoid errors.\
For descriptive questions define a correct answer so the student will be able to view the correct answer after the quiz finished and all of the attempts passed.

Check the view tab to see individual scores and overall percentage result.\
