1. Create a New Survey
Go to Side menu > Survey > Survey Question or https://schola.one/survey.
Under Create Customer Survey, fill in:
Title (required)
Description (optional)
Classes (required)
Student (optional)
Add survey questions:
Click + Add to create a question.
Survey supports ONLY 1 type of question: 1β5 Star Rating.
Add as many rating questions as needed.
Click Submit to save the survey.
Click Reset to clear the form.

2. View Existing Surveys
In the List Customer Survey section, you can see all surveys created. For each survey, you can:
Available Actions
Preview View the survey before sharing or sending.
Delete Remove a survey from the system.
Send to Outsider (Email) You can send the survey link to external users, such as:
Non-registered parents
Alumni
Public respondents Just enter their email address to send the invitation.
3. How Users Respond
Users will receive the survey through email (Parent email or external email).
They click the link in the email to open the survey.
They answer all questions using 1β5 star ratings.
All submitted answers will automatically appear under Total Responses in the system.

4. Viewing Response Statistics
After users submit their survey responses, Schola will automatically generate response statistics for each question.

You can scroll through all custom questions to review individual feedback.

Note.
Survey Title and Survey Description are auto-translated based on the systemβs default language.
Survey Questions (custom questions) will NOT be auto-translated. If needed, you must enter custom questions in bi-language (e.g., English + Bahasa Melayu).
